Cancellation Policy
PROPERTY CARE HELPER Membership & Service Policy 1. Membership By joining a Property Care Helper Care Plan (Standard, Essential, or Premium), you agree to a monthly subscription. If a free first month is offered, services provided during this period require the membership to continue into the first paid month. If services are delivered during the free period, cancellation before payment may result in an invoice for the value of services provided. 2. Minimum Term & Cancellation Memberships have a minimum term of six (6) months unless stated otherwise. After this period, one (1) calendar month’s written notice by email is required to cancel. Payments remain due during the notice period. 3. Service Scheduling Services are delivered at the frequency included in your plan. Service dates are scheduled according to Property Care Helper’s operational routing and logistics planning and are at the company’s discretion. These may vary due to weather, safety, or operational needs. Members will be notified at least one day before service. Attendance is not required unless advised. 4. Add On Services Additional services (e.g. grass cutting, driveway cleaning, solar panels, car valeting) are booked separately. Prices are agreed at booking and payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Services may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a £10 fee. 5. Access & Safety Members must provide safe access to service areas. Services may be postponed if access is restricted, conditions are unsafe, animals are unsecured, or weather presents a risk. 6. Payments Membership fees are collected monthly by automatic payment. Non payment may result in suspension of services. 7. Service Scope Plans cover standard residential properties. Larger properties or unusually heavy work may require additional charges. If booked time is insufficient, extra time may be agreed in set time blocks. additional (i.e. 15mins, 30mins or 1hr for the respective services). We currently only serve Rugby (CV21–CV23). Bookings outside this area will be cancelled. 8. Changes to Terms Property Care Helper may update pricing or policy terms with reasonable notice.
